Improve Exhibition 2026: Showcasing Innovation, Inspiring Continuous Improvement

On July 29, 2026, PT Inti Everspring Indonesia, lead by the SPRING Team, held Improve Exhibition 2026 event—the first exhibition in the Improvement Fair 2026 series. The event officially open by Mr. Zulnovri, Head of IEI Plant, to deliver the message that the improvement is team responsibility and directed to provide broader benefits for the process and the company. From operational and technical enhancements to management systems and digital solutions, 12 departments were showcase 44 improvement initiatives and each initiative reflected the creativity, dedication, and problem-solving spirit of our people. Through interactive booths, mini presentations, discussions, process simulations, videos, and prototypes, participants were able to explore not only the results, but also the ideas and journeys behind each improvement. More than an exhibition, the event became a space to exchange perspectives, inspire new possibilities, and strengthen collaboration across departments. Because when one improvement creates a positive impact, it can inspire better ways of working throughout the entire organization. One idea can spark a change. Together, continuous improvement can move us forward.
